Employment
at Will
Employment with the Company is on an at-will basis.
This means the employment relationship can be terminated
by either the employee or the Company at any time,
with or without notice and with or without cause.
Neither the Company or the employee needs a reason
to terminate the employment realationship.
This at will nature of an individual's employment
with the Company cannot be changed or modified except
by a written document signed by the President of
the Company or a person authorized by the President.
Any express or implied statements agreements or
assurances concerning the terms, conditions, or
durations of an individuals employment with the
company are not binding upon the company unless
ther are in writing and signed by the President
or his autorized agent.
